EG’s ACE and Delta Funds Achieve Five-Star 2026 GRESB Ratings

We’re pleased to announce that our Australian Core Enhanced (ACE) and Delta ESG Property Funds have each achieved a five-star rating in the 2026 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) assessment, placing both among the top 20% of GRESB participants globally and moving up from four stars last year.

In the 2026 assessment, ACE scored 91.4, its highest score to date and up 6.1 points. Delta scored 94.4, placing it in the top 3% of GRESB participants globally, up 5.4 points and also its highest score to date. These results reflect better energy performance, more renewable energy and more complete environmental data across our portfolio.

GRESB is an independent global assessment that measures the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of real estate and infrastructure portfolios, benchmarking participants across more than 70 countries and providing a trusted framework for comparing and improving sustainability outcomes across the industry.

We’ve participated in GRESB since 2019, using it to track our progress and find ways to improve each year. Since our first submission, ACE has grown from a starting score of 32 and Delta from 59. That progress comes from our people, from investment and development teams to asset and facilities managers, working together across our portfolio.

“GRESB measures how our buildings actually perform, from energy and emissions to how we support our tenants and communities. Five stars for ACE and Delta recognises real impact across our assets and the leadership position EG has built in sustainable real estate.” Andrew Dundas, Sustainability Manager, EG

We’ll keep working with partners including JLL, Avani Solutions and Little BIG Foundation on decarbonisation and social connection across our assets.
