    As in-house Counsel, Catherine provides legal guidance and support across the company’s activities and oversees EG’s compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.

    Catherine also has experience working in international and domestic public policy development, as well as communications. Prior to EG, she worked with the Lord Mayor of Sydney and the public affairs divisions of the United States Department of State.

    With over 25 years’ experience in the real estate investment industry, Chris has worked across a unique variety of fields throughout his career, including roles in finance, corporate real estate and shopping centre and asset management at Challenger, Colonial First State and Westfield.

    Emer-Son’s main responsibilities are split between updating the unit pricing for EG’s Yield Plus Infrastructure No. 2 (YPI2) and managing the bookkeeping for our joint venture developments. With over fifteen years of experience in accounting, his strength lies in financial analysis.

    Faith’s core responsibility involves administration for EG’s executives, including calendar and email management. Faith is also a licensed nurse and her attention to detail from rigorous training, coupled with her years of experience in customer service, help her to meet the everyday demands of her role.

    Gemma is a dedicated Asset Manager with more than 20 years of experience in valuation and management across the property industry. Most recently, Gemma has worked with international groups including Fidinam Group Worldwide and EURAMCO (previously known as SachsenFonds), overseeing more than $850 million in asset portfolios across Australia.

    Now leading and operating across all of EG’s funds, Gemma is responsible for determining and implementing asset strategy, maintaining strong tenant relationships and adapting management strategies to outperform changing market conditions.

    In his previous role as an Associate Director at Colliers International, Jason delivered great success, achieving consistent growth and profitability and acting as Department Head for the North Sydney Real Estate Management Team.

An integral part of upholding strong cross-team communication, her main task includes coordinating with the property managers to collect and interpret financial data for our various assets.

    Kathleen has numerous primary responsibilities at EG to help ensure accountability and thorough reporting to both our investors and to statutory bodies.     He was the founding director of both Macquarie Infrastructure Group and Macquarie Goodman. His past directorships include ACT City Renewal Authority, Icon Water, ActewAGL, ING RE, Sydney Roads, State Super, NRMA Insurance, State Rail Authority of NSW, and Sydney Metro Transport.
