    Allan joins EG with more than 15 years’ experience working in the commercial real estate industry including roles at Challenger and Urbis with responsibilities as team lead across listed and unlisted fund products, real estate equity and debt investments.

    Amine oversees the delivery function of EG’s various PropTech and data analytics teams. Drawing on his global experience and technical background, he provides strategic direction for product delivery and management at EG. Amine defines and implements high-quality standards and processes which help grow the success of the team.

    Andrew is responsible for a portfolio of EG’s real estate assets, driving asset strategy, leasing and financial performance. Working closely with the broader EG team under the leadership of Divisional Director Gemma Moulang, he is a vital part of EG’s ‘engine room,’ utilising his unique education to combine learnings from commerce and psychology to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and tenants.

    Andrew previously worked with Investa, Abacus, and most recently as an asset manager at Mirvac, where he managed the South Eveleigh mixed use precinct (Australian Technology Park) and collaborated with the developments team to deliver and commission the site to great industry acclaim.

    Prior to joining EG, Chris worked in some of Australia’s best known real estate institutions including Vicinity Centres, Knight Frank, Macquarie Group and PwC. This gave Chris first-hand exposure to advising across an impressive range of institutional clients and developers on the management and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate of scale.

    Dan joins the team with a high level of commercial property knowledge, having previously worked at Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield. His experience spans both investment and development style transactions, including office agency transactions of both vendor and buy side mandates.

    As Assistant Fund Manager for EG’s Australian Core Enhanced Fund, Eva applies her disciplined strategic approach to the repositioning of assets to core and delivery of superior risk-adjusted returns. Eva is one of EG’s top ‘numbers gurus’, with her attention to detail always incorporating back into the big picture.

    As an experienced and bright analyst, Eva has over eight years in the industry holding various roles in auditing and deal advisory across financial and transaction services at KPMG and one of Australia’s largest financial institutions.

    Faith’s core responsibility involves administration for EG’s executives, including calendar and email management.     Gemma is a dedicated Asset Manager with more than 20 years of experience in valuation and management across the property industry. Most recently, Gemma has worked with international groups including Fidinam Group Worldwide and EURAMCO (previously known as SachsenFonds), overseeing more than $850 million in asset portfolios across Australia.

    Now leading and operating across all of EG’s funds, Gemma is responsible for determining and implementing asset strategy, maintaining strong tenant relationships and adapting management strategies to outperform changing market conditions.

    Having trained and studied in design, project management and construction, she has managed over $3bn in developments across Sydney and the UK, including Google’s UK Headquarters, and Chadstone Shopping Centre, Australia’s largest retail centre. Most recently, Georgia has been working with the EG Developments team to deliver high-density residential developments in Leederville, Perth and Abbotsford, Melbourne. Georgia’s knowledgeable professional consultancy experience spans roles across the globe at APP Corporation and Gardiner & Theobald.

He also has extensive experience with greenfield release planning, master planning, planning proposals/re-zonings, due diligence investigations and appeals in the Land and Environment Court.

    In his previous role as an Associate Director at Colliers International, Jason delivered great success, achieving consistent growth and profitability and acting as Department Head for the North Sydney Real Estate Management Team.

An integral part of upholding strong cross-team communication, her main task includes coordinating with the property managers to collect and interpret financial data for our various assets.

    Kandy heads the fund accounting division of EG, including financial, tax and compliance reporting. Kandy has over 10 years of funds management finance experience across office and retail sectors, for both wholesale funds and listed AREITs including AXA and GPT.

    Karralene provides administrative support to the team and manages EG’s front of house responsibilities. With many years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry and high-level skills in operational team support, Karralene brings a sense of confidence and capability to her role at EG.

    Kathleen has numerous primary responsibilities at EG to help ensure accountability and thorough reporting to both our investors and to statutory bodies. This includes implementing and documenting all policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining the compliance and reporting register, and advising team members of requirements and deadlines.

    Until February 2022, Michael was the independent Chair of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA). A Director of digital twin technology companies Willow and Reveal, Michael is the current President of the Australia Defence Association, and a Director of the Ramsay Centre for Western Civilisation. Past directorships include the ACT’s City Renewal Authority, ING RE, Macquarie Infrastructure Group, Macquarie Goodman, State Super, NRMA Insurance, ActewAGL, IconWater, State Rail Authority of NSW, Sydney Metro Transport and ANZ (2000 Olympic) Stadium.

Most recently, as the co-founder and chairman of FairVineSuper, Sangeeta delivered her vision for a tech-solution focused superannuation fund with a mission to bridge the gender super gap.

    Having worked in the banking and finance sector for over 25 years, Sangeeta’s experience spans the globe including Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and Sydney, at some of the most prominent and globally recognised firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (‘CBA’).
