Shay Ramalingam

Shay is a C-level operational executive and proven commercial leader with a 24-year track record transforming business lines and organisations. Previously a Director of Octopus Real Estate, a large UK fund manager and subsidiary of the Octopus Group, Shay has served on over 15 company boards and now applies his experience to the rapid and strategic growth of EG.

Shay holds an investment track record of almost AU$1bn over 19 years and has a deep understanding of problem solving, strategic structuring and cultivating culture conducive to high-performance and personal development, aligning closely with EG’s values. As a corporate transformation specialist and growth investor, Shay’s leadership adds value to EG daily.

Shay is also a director of the 2nd fastest growing specialist care business in the UK and the Chairman and Co-founder of an Australian NDIS operator.
