Raja Jamal

Raja works across EG’s development projects and is a key component in the success of EG’s community-creating initiatives.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills. The confidence evident in negotiations has driven results, which have continued to see him perform at the highest level for the company, colleagues and clients alike.

Raja is a founding member of EG’s Developments team, having worked on projects in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. He also held a range of roles across EG, spending time in asset management and capital transactions, and lead negotiator for acquiring over 40 properties across Australia.

Raja and the team completed the Flour Mill of Summer Hill, a master-planned community awarded the NSW AILA Architecture Awards for Urban Design and named finalists in the Urban Developer Excellence Awards for ‘New Communities’ and ‘Urban Regeneration’. In addition, he led the Tempo Drummoyne, Bosco at Five Dock and The Herald, Newcastle projects to great success.

Before joining EG, Raja was a real estate property manager and network administrator at KPMG Sydney.
