James McAdam

A driven, highly motivated and committed professional with over 15 years of real estate funds management experience, James is a valuable member of the EG team.

As Fund Manager, James is responsible for a number of EG funds whose strategy is to acquire a portfolio of yield producing real estate assets with rezoning or repositioning potential. This includes the Yield Plus Infrastructure Funds No. 1 and No. 2 and the Urban Regeneration Joint Venture.

With a background in finance, accounting and tax centred on real estate, James delivers a perspective of skilled analytics and critical thinking to his rounded approach. He also brings significant experience in transaction formation, cross-border transactions, various forms of fund construction, fund and portfolio analysis, distribution and marketing.

Finally, James has a unique, in-depth knowledge of the Japanese real estate landscape with experience covering the retail sub-sector and an appreciation of Japanese culture and language.
