Roger leads the capital raising function at EG as well as being a senior member of EG’s Investment and Executive Committees.
Over the course of his career, Roger has been directly responsible for equity capital raisings exceeding AU$4 billion and capital transactions of assets across domestic and offshore investment sectors totalling over AU$5 billion. He brings over 30 years of experience in real estate funds management to EG, having worked across both Australia and the UK. “I’ve always loved real estate and I enjoy the variety it brings both in terms of the assets and also the remarkable people we work with in this industry,” says Roger.
Roger has held senior positions at Lend Lease, Colonial First State and Investa Property Group. He has experience managing property funds and mandates ranging from AU$400 million to over AU$2.0 billion, while achieving index leading performance in his positions.
In addition, Roger spent 13 years on the board of Pymble Ladies’ College, overseeing $1 billion of capital works to the school grounds and infrastructure.
