Chris brings a depth of experience in capital transactions, investment and asset management services to EG as he works across various market opportunities. Chris utilises his extensive relationships with offshore and institutional investors to assist the team in building industry connections.
With over 25 years’ experience in the real estate investment industry, Chris has worked across a unique variety of fields throughout his career, including roles in finance, corporate real estate and shopping centre and asset management at Challenger, Colonial First State and Westfield.
Through Chris’ career he has worked on creating listed and unlisted fund products across both real estate equity and debt investments. Chris has transacted on over $10bn of real estate equity and debt transactions.
