Samual Robbie

Samual is Fund Manager of EG's Australian Core Enhanced (ACE) Fund, an open-ended, diversified fund of approximately $1 billion targeting core-plus office, retail and industrial real estate in Australia.

Prior to joining EG, Samual built more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, holding a range of roles with an ASX 200-listed real estate fund manager. He has been directly involved in more than $2 billion of transactions and was responsible for managing over $1.0 billion of gross assets across a range of closed-ended and open-ended property funds.

Samual's experience spans the full funds management lifecycle, including acquisitions and divestments, capital raising, debt financing, asset repositioning, leasing, fund mergers, portfolio optimisation, and wind-ups.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Property and Sustainable Development and prior accreditation as a Certified Practicing Valuer, Samual brings a strong foundation in real estate analysis and valuation to his role as Fund Manager for the Australian Core Enhanced Fund at EG.
