Georgia is focused on in the delivery of EG’s development pipeline whilst establishing long-lasting, vibrant communities. She easily identifies site complexities and constraints and is able to navigate the political environment surrounding rezoning and development applications with ease.

A graduate of the University of Technology Sydney with a double degree in Business and International Studies and a Master in Property Development, Georgia has worked in boutique property services and management consulting before joining EG and quickly rising through the ranks.

With a love for people, Georgia pours her energy into nurturing community engagement events. She led the charge on The Flour Mill of Summer Hill’s highly successful Grains Festival initiative which drew a crowd of 4000+ to the development, generating media attention and helped to integrate the new residential residents into the wider community.

She has a natural ability for marketing residential projects and, alongside the EG Developments team, was responsible for the campaign which saw The Herald, Newcastle project completely sold out prior to commencement. Georgia believes in building her knowledge on the future of the industry both for the continued success of her projects and also because of her passion to learn more about excellence in property.
