EG is delivering a rebranded office building for small to medium sized businesses and is executing a targeted leasing strategy to bring the asset to full occupancy.
EG is targeting a 70% reduction in electricity savings and improving NABERS energy ratings from 3, at acquisition, to 5.5 stars through operational and capex investment. This includes an on-site solar array which will power 60% of the base building. The asset has also achieved a 5.5-star water rating. Further, the fund is taking action to mitigate climate change and advance net-zero buildings.
