The EG LFR Active Income Fund is an open-ended vehicle targeting a $300 million diversified portfolio of Australian large format retail assets. The strategy revolves around improving performance of income-producing centres through value-add initiatives, tenant optimisation and leasing. Tenant-led developments will also be pursued where EG can leverage its in-house planning and development capabilities.
Asset selection is supported by the use of EG’s proprietary real estate risk management software, PRISMS®. This property technology software is designed to substantially improve investment risk identification, evaluation and pricing.
