EG has recently welcomed Asset Manager, Gemma Moulang, to the team, drawing on her dedication and 20 years of industry experience to guide our tenants through the economic challenges of 2020.

Gemma has held previous roles as a property and leasing consultant, portfolio manager and property valuer. Most recently, she worked with international groups including Fidinam Group Worldwide and EURAMCO (previously known as SachsenFonds), overseeing more than $850 million in asset portfolios across Australia. The experience of these roles have honed Gemma’s communication skills as a liaison between multiple stakeholders and taught her to master the tests of ongoing problem solving.

“The EG team is excited to welcome Gemma. She is a superb cultural fit and we have great trust in her ability to manage the concerns of our tenants in the face of 2020’s unprecedented economic landscape,” says Fund Manager, Daniel Farley. “She will be integral in guiding us through this time.”

Gemma will be working closely with the Capital Transactions team, determining and implementing asset strategy, maintaining strong tenant relationships and adapting management strategies to outperform changing market conditions.

We welcome Gemma’s approachable, humble and focused additions to the EG team and are confident that she will add to our tenants’ positive experience.
