EG and Stronach are pleased to welcome the first residents to the Herald Apartments community.
With settlements commencing in mid-February, residents will be moving into the building over the coming weeks.
The project has been very well received by the local community and purchasers due to the exceptional quality of the architecture by Fender Katsalidis, and the distinctive exterior which complements the streetscape. The builder, Richard Crookes Constructions, has completed the building to a very high standard, which reflects the quality of the design, including heritage restoration of the Bolton Street façade.

All apartments were presold, settlement of the residential apartments will be completed during February.
