The property comprises a fully leased multi-let industrial investment in the tightly held Northern Beaches of Sydney. The property is leased to 6 different tenants who have a long history of occupation with the warehouses benefiting from excellent clearance ranging from 9m – 11m.


Investors will benefit from strong and stable cash distributions, initially 7.25% and averaging 7.85% p.a. across the initial 5 year term of the Trust, with the ability to participate in capital growth through numerous value add strategies.

The Northern Beaches industrial market is tightly held both with the combination of minimal vacancy, limited land supply and high levels of demand putting upward pressure on rents and land values.
