The property is leased to 6 different tenants who have a long history of occupation with the warehouses benefiting from excellent clearance ranging from 9m – 11m.
Investors will benefit from strong and stable cash distributions, initially 7.25% and averaging 7.85% p.a. across the initial 5 year term of the Trust, with the ability to participate in capital growth through numerous value add strategies.
