EG Champions A Growth Mindset In The Next Generation

EG is pleased to welcome young leaders Joseph, Alice and Noah to the team, as they join the Hand Up program over the coming months and contribute their fresh perspectives to the business.

Completing her final year of a Bachelor of Marketing and Media at Macquarie University, Alice will be shadowing Sarah Mathews and the Marketing and Design teams, assisting with the execution of the EG brand in a range of communications.

Joseph will be focused on collaborating with both the data analytics and Capital Transactions teams, alongside Ethan Singer and Sean Fleming respectively. EG recently celebrated Joseph’s achievements when he was recognised as the highest-performing student of his class studying a Bachelor of Business Management at the University of Western Sydney.

Noah is currently finishing up his final semester at the University of Sydney where he is studying a Bachelor of Commerce combined with a Bachelor of Laws. His focus at EG will be with the data analytics team working on PRISMS®, where he looks forward to gaining industry experience.

Analyst Jad Chedid, continues to work alongside Construction Director, George Chaaya, while completing his final classes in a Master of Commerce at the University of Sydney.

“At EG, we believe that life is all about growth and our intern program is all about giving young, ambitious people a chance to grow while they are at University,” said CEO Adam Geha. This growth mindset helps shape our suite of personal and professional development initiatives in the internationally recognised, EG Grow program.

We look forward to witnessing these hungry, humble and smart young leaders flourish at EG.
