EG is pleased to announce Associate Director, Sean Fleming, has been promoted to Head of Capital Transactions.
Since 2006, Sean has played an integral role in over $1bn of acquisitions for EG’s funds and mandates. Working across a range of strategies, Sean’s deal sourcing is driven by professionalism and precision to see the big picture accomplished.
Sean has over a decade of experience at EG working in various roles throughout the Capital Transaction functions. He is integrally involved in sourcing and securing deals, ensuring EG elevates real estate to its highest and best use to maximise return for investors.

Sean has played an integral role in each of these achievements.
“Sean has been with EG for over 10 years and will be a capable leader of EG’s outstanding capital transactions team given his experience, network and relentless drive,” said CEO Adam Geha.
