In conjunction with EG Property Group, EG’s fast-growing Private Wealth division has secured a parcel of land at 22 Park Road, Leppington NSW. The site is well-located in the local government area of Camden, approximately 38km south-west of Sydney’s CBD, with a total land area of around 2.04 ha.
The property was successfully secured and negotiated in an off-market agreement.
