During a year of record growth, EG has welcomed ten new team members, bolstering our commitment to deliver outperforming and responsible investments.

Assisting the Capital Transactions team to break back-to-back records in deal flow and size over the past 12 months is Capital Transactions Manager, Chris Jamieson, Senior Analyst, Allan Jackson and Analyst, Ed Hillier.  An all-round high performer, Chris has worked in some of Australia’s best known real estate institutions including Vicinity Centres, Knight Frank, Macquarie Group and PwC. Meanwhile, Allan’s meticulous eye now oversees pricing and analysis for EG’s new investment opportunities and draws on his wealth of knowledge spanning from consulting to valuation, due diligence to research and forecasting. Ambitious and diligent, Ed can be found supporting all manner of live mandates, fund and EG Private Wealth syndications.

EG’s assets under management have tripled in value over the course of 2021, so Senior Asset Manager, Roni Karika and Asset Manager, Kaimel Tayyar have committed to elevating our Asset Management function under Divisional Director, Gemma Moulang. Assistant Fund Manager, Eva Tobin, has also joined the team to apply her strategic, disciplined approach to the execution of EG’s Australian Core Enhanced Fund. Meanwhile, James McBride has united with David Workman in the Urban and Community Planning division to deliver iconic and connected communities as an Associate Director.

Finally, providing our guests with a warm welcome when they call or cross the threshold of the EG reception is the lovely Karralene Boudaher-Cox.
