EG is excited to be named as the #7 Best Place to Work in Australia for 2021. The findings from the WRK+ study follow a period of rapid growth and outperformance for EG after a life-long commitment to relationships delivered resilience in the face of COVID’s challenges.

In FY21, EG more than doubled their growth with 15 acquisitions totaling $800 million (+270% on FY20), $570 million in raised equity and an additional 18 team members welcomed to their Sydney-based office.

“Culture is something lived at EG. We recognise team members who show passion and perseverance to better themselves and, at the same time, help EG to grow”, said EG’s Executive Chairman and Founding Director, Dr Michael Easson.

EG cultivates workplace culture through their EG Grow program, providing team members with both personal and professional opportunities for growth.

“EG’s growth is testament to our commitment to a values-based culture that celebrates relationships” said EG’s CEO and Founding Director, Adam Geha. “The best is yet to come as EG is set to increase its FUM threefold in the next five years.”
